We love to make these sheet pan nachos on a busy weeknight, or for game day. We use our grass-fed ground beef and ingredients we already have on hand in our pantry. If we use leftover taco meat then we eliminate the step of browning the ground beef and use only the sheet pan which makes for easy cleanup. Usually, I will plan to make extra taco meat when I cook tacos and schedule sheet pan nachos for another night that week.

My husband loves these! He is actually the one who makes them the most. They are easy, easy to make.

After I brown the ground beef I add the chili blend (or chili powder and all the other spices). I like to use a chili blend called Morton’s Chili Blend but it is very hard to find. So you can just make your own concoction with a few ingredients you probably have on hand anyway.

I let that cook until it is well-blended. Then I add the drained can of black beans. Cook for about 5 minutes to let the beans heat up.

That’s it! You are ready to put them on the sheet pan and heat them up. Time to make Nacho goodness.

Layer the pan with one single layer of tortilla chips and spread the meat and bean mixture on top.

Sprinkle with cheese. I do a generous sprinkling.

Place under the broiler with a timer on for two minutes at a time until the cheese is melted and the corners of the chips start turning brown.

These sheet pan nachos are so easy and when made with leftover taco meat it only takes one pan to make.
