Chili

This Chili uses grass-fed ground beef from The Farm at Spring Creek in Greeneville, TN.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Grass-fed Ground Beef
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 Can French Onion Soup
  • 1 Can Petite Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Can Ranch Style Beans with Jalapenos optional: regular ranch style beans
  • 2 cups Beef Bone Broth
  • 2 TBSP Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Crystal Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning Can use salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil over medium heat in your pot (I use 2.5 quart pot for this).
  • Brown the ground beef and season with Tony's Creole Seasoning or salt and pepper.
  • Add the Chili Powder and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Add all remaining ingredients and let it come to a rolling boil.
  • Stir and reduce heat to low and let it simmer for at least an hour. The liquid should reduce by half.
