Bulk – Whole Beef. What you’ll get with a whole beef is approximately 240-370 lbs of beef of which about half will be ground beef and the remaining will be in cuts like steaks, roasts, ribs, briskets, liver, kidney, heart cut to order (you choose your cuts). The cost is $6.75/lb hanging weight. This includes our cost, USDA processing, packaging and delivery. Average price per pound take home is $8.99.

Stock your freezer for the year with a whole beef bulk order. Our cattle are fed only grass and supplemental hay. Never grain. They are raised on our pastures and finished on our pastures. You simply pay the deposit and fill out the cut sheet to choose your cuts of beef. You’ll pay the remaining balance once your beef is ready and then we’ll deliver, or you can arrange for pickup. *Please note: All deposits for bulk beef are NON-REFUNDABLE once paid unless we are unable to provide the product for any reason.
