Taco Soup

Taco Soup is flavorful and easy to make

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Grass-Fed Ground Beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 1 15 oz can Rotel Tomatoes
  • 1 15 oz can Organic Black Beans
  • 1 15 oz can Red Kidney Beans
  • 2 cups Frozen Corn Kernels
  • 2 TBSP Taco Seasoning Mix 1 packet
  • 2 TBSP Ranch Seasoning Mix 1 packet
  • 2 cups Beef Bone Broth
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil over medium heat and add ground beef, salt and pepper and stir.
  • Cook until the ground beef is browned.
  • Add the diced onion and cook until it is translucent.
  • Add the taco and ranch seasoning mixes and stir.
  • Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for about 35-40 minutes, or until liquid reduces by 1/3.
