Taco Soup

- 1 lb Grass-Fed Ground Beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup onion diced
- 1 15 oz can Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 15 oz can Organic Black Beans
- 1 15 oz can Red Kidney Beans
- 2 cups Frozen Corn Kernels
- 2 TBSP Taco Seasoning Mix 1 packet
- 2 TBSP Ranch Seasoning Mix 1 packet
- 2 cups Beef Bone Broth
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Heat oil over medium heat and add ground beef, salt and pepper and stir.
Cook until the ground beef is browned.
Add the diced onion and cook until it is translucent.
Add the taco and ranch seasoning mixes and stir.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for about 35-40 minutes, or until liquid reduces by 1/3.
