Strawberry Milkshake Cookies

These sweet and soft cookies taste just like a strawberry milkshake.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Strawberry Cake Mix
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable or Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Cups Nestle Toll House White Chocolate Chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silpan liner.
  3. Combine all ingredients, but reserve the white chocolate chips until after the other ingredients are mixed in a medium bowl until well-combined.
  4. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips after all other ingredients are mixed.
  5. Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto parchment lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes (check at 9 if your oven runs hot) you DO NOT want them to brown. You want them baked just until done.
  7. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes and then transfer to a wire cooling rack.
