Pumpkin Dump Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 16 0z Pumpkin NOT pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar don't forget (sometimes I do and it MATTERS)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon I usually don't measure this honestly
  • 1 cup Melted Butter
  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix DO NOT MAKE
  • Chopped Nuts optional but delicious

Equipment

  • 1 9x13 pan greased

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350
  2. In a bowl mix the pumpkin, eggs, evaporated milk, cinnamon and sugar
  3. Spread evenly into bottom of greased 9x13 pan
  4. Sprinkle the cake mix powder (do not make the cake) over the top of the pumpkin mixture
  5. Drizzle the melted butter all over the top of the cake mix powder and can add nuts here if using
  6. Bake for 55-60 mins or until a fork inserted into the cake mix part comes out clean.
