Cranberry Chiffon Pie

This light and airy no-bake dessert is sweet and tart and creamy and delicicous

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pre-made Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 box Cranberry Jell-O
  • 1 tub Cool Whip
  • 1 block Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar

Method
 

  1. Prepare the jell-o using only hot water and chill until just set (if sets too quickly let it sit on the counter to soften up )
  2. Cream the cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer
  3. Add the jell-o/lemon gelatin to the cream cheese mixture until well-blended
  4. Carefully fold in half the cool whip/whipped cream
  5. Pour mixture into the pre-made pie crust
  6. Top with remaining cool whip and chill until solid (24 hours is what I do)
  7. Before serving top with sugared cranberries if desired
