Cranberry Chiffon Pie
This light and airy no-bake dessert is sweet and tart and creamy and delicicous
- 1 Pre-made Graham Cracker Crust
- 1 box Cranberry Jell-O
- 1 tub Cool Whip
- 1 block Cream Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
Prepare the jell-o using only hot water and chill until just set (if sets too quickly let it sit on the counter to soften up )
Cream the cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer
Add the jell-o/lemon gelatin to the cream cheese mixture until well-blended
Carefully fold in half the cool whip/whipped cream
Pour mixture into the pre-made pie crust
Top with remaining cool whip and chill until solid (24 hours is what I do)
Before serving top with sugared cranberries if desired
